We have noticed some breeders pricing horses based on color. Please note that we do not price horses based on their color. The price will not increase or decrease based on the fact that they are or are not homozygous black, dun, etc. We encourage you to look at color as a bonus.   :-)

 We will not sell a horse out of state without a current coggins test and health certificate, and even horses sold and staying in Wisconsin we like to have a current coggins test done. A negative coggins and current health certificate are standard import requirements for each state, please check your state's agriculture department website or give them a call for a full list of import and export requirements for your state. All horses' prices inlude a negative coggins test and health certificate, if any other tests or requirements are needed for importing a horse into your state, you as the buyer will be responsible for that cost.

Vet checks/pre-purchase exams are more than welcome on any of our horses for sale, at the buyers expense.

Horses can stay with us free for 30 days after they are paid in full, after the 30 days we charge $5.00 a day to be paid for board, and must be paid in full before they leave unless other arrangements are made.

Due to some buyers not transferring the horse's AQHA papers into their name, we will now being sending in the horse's papers to be transfered for buyers. New owners will be responsible for having current and up to date memberships, and all fees associated with that.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: PQH Pretty Boy was NOT on the property for 1 1/2 years, he was at the trainers when he had STRANGLES, so none of the horses on my property were in contact with him.
