Sugar stands about 14.1 hands, and very thick. She is a very pretty deep sorrel, with a great build, and a fantastic personality to match. She has an unbeatable disposition, and is just very easy going and easy to handle. Just overall a very nice mare to be around.
 
Sug boasts a strong performance pedigree, with 8 out of 14 of the horses on her face papers being NCHA money earners! She is a daughter of A Big Cat Daddy, an NCHA Money Earning (over $3000 in NCHA Earnings along with his COA) son of High Brow Cat (#1 Leading Cutting Horse Sire with offspring earnings over $40 Million, and over $110,000 in NCHA Earnings of his own), out of Doc's Pretty Tari (daughter of Doc Tari) who has over $10,000 in NCHA Earnings along with her COA.
Sug is out of a daughter of Dual Lena San (son of Dual Pep), who has over $20,000 in NCHA Earnings along with his COA.

Sugar was broke to ride prior to us purchasing her. We were told she spent 6 months with a reining/cowhorse trainer, 30 days with a cutting trainer, and her previous owner (who is also our vet) used her for team sorting.

We are planning on breeding Sugar to Holidoc (1983 Dun AQHA Stallion, $93,139.90 NCHA LTE) in 2012, for a 2013 foal.
