Xena foaled a beautiful bay filly at 1:30pm on May 17th. This first time cross of Xena and Custom Tuxedo sure produced a fantastic filly! She was literally born friendly and loving people. She is put together wonderfully, has a nice build with a big chest and hip. And you cannot beat her personality....this is one superb filly! Beautiful mover, and a really easy filly to work with. Easy to halter, lead, pick up hooves, fly spray, wears a fly mask, and has been hosed/bathed numerous times. We've also started tying her for very short periods of time. She takes everything in stride and loves attention! She's built just like a little reiner, super cute, stocky build, and truely has a puppy dog personality.
Gracie's sire, Custom Tuxedo, has earned $1070.49 NRHA, AQHA Performance ROM, 21 AQHA Performance Points, Qualified for JR Reining World Show 2004! He is also bred with some of the best lines in todays market...an own son of NRHA 2 Million Dollar Sire, Custom Crome, and out of an NRHA Money Earning daughter of Topsail Cody.
Also, with limited foal crops (5 at this point...2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011), Custom Tuxedo is already producing several NRHA Money Earners!
Gracie's dam, Zan Eyed Xena, is bred nicely as well. She is a granddaughter of Rhinestone Jack, AQHA Champion, Performance ROM, 15 Halter Points, and 32 Performance Points earned in several events including dally heading (6 pts), dally healing (13 pts), reining (7 pts), western pleasure (4 pts), cowhorse (1 pt), and western riding (1 pt). She is classic Pitzer Ranch and Sunup Ranch lines...Two Eyed Jack, Watch Joe Jack, and Zan Parr Barr. She comes very solid and versatile lines. Xena always produces well put together, muscular, athlectic, and friendly babies, and Gracie is no exception.
