She's here! Lizzy foaled a beautiful grulla filly just after 10 PM on March 24th! I've been waiting for a Holidoc daughter for a long time now, and we will definately be keeping Layla. She is her mothers little twin, you couldn't have cloned something closer to Lizzy than this little filly...she quickly gained the nickname "Baby Lizzy". :)
The Lizzy / Holidoc cross is a GREAT one!
This is one fantastic little filly! Great hip and chest on her, built like a little tank, nice straight legs, super cute babydoll head, kind eyes, and a puppy dog of a personality. She just adores human attention, and to be loved on! She is also a very cute mover, can get down and catty just playing out in the pasture and is a joy to watch!

Excuse the blanket- it is a bit small on her, but I needed to put something on her as it was cool and windy out. Her black blanket (pictured in above) is a bit large, and I knew she would be running and playing, exploring her first day out in the pen...so this blanket had to do for this afternoon. :-)
