Poco Pine King![]() Even though he isn't a Quarter Horse he is one in a million and worth his weight in gold. He does have some Quarter Horses on his pedigree. Several horses on Poco's pedigree were shown and earned points, ROM's, APHA Champions, and produced winners. Poco stands 15.3 hands high, and will go down a trail wonderfully, will ride around the house, and loves to work cattle. Doesn't matter if you are an experienced rider, or just a begginer...you will be safe and have fun riding Poco. He is a big gelding with a lot of personality. He conformationally correct, built very stocky, has a kind eye, and is very easy to put anyone up on and know they'll be fine. He had WNV and EPM in 2002. Ever since he is very touchy about changes and can only be ridden in cool weather. But when you do ride him- it's like floating on a cloud. He has an AWESOME trot, and nice smooth lope. We can ride him with a saddle, bareback, in a halter and lead, and/or nothing (just ride with leg and voice aids no halter, lead, bridle, etc). Easy enough for David (14 y/o) to ride and Margaret (10 y/o) to hop up on bareback and walk around on. You'd never be able to put a price on a horse this well broke. Poco is loved and owned by our daughter, Meghan.
